You do the work.
Anders answers the phone.

It picks up every call and text, books the job into your calendar and keeps every customer in one place. Describe your business once and it sets itself up. After that, just ask.

It sets itself up.

No templates, no consultant, no weekend lost to setup. Explain your business the way you would to a new hire. Anders builds your customer details, job tracking, services and phone answers. You check it, change what you like, and you’re done.

  • Details that fit your work

Gate codes for a plumber. Mileage for a shop. Color formulas for a salon.

  • Jobs tracked your way

Booked, dispatched, invoiced. Or whatever your steps are.

  • A receptionist that already knows you

Your services, hours and prices from the first call.

Receptionist

Asks what’s wrong and where, books the right visit, flags no-heat and no-AC calls as urgent.

Nothing goes live until you say so.

Picks up every call.
Never makes things up.

Anders answers like a sharp front-desk hire. It tells callers it’s an AI, answers from what you’ve taught it and books straight into real openings. If it doesn’t know a price or a policy, it says the team will confirm, and asks you.

  • Books real openings

Only times you’re actually free, for services you actually offer.

  • Sends calls your way

Takes a message or transfers the call, by your rules.

  • Speaks English and Spanish

Callers use whichever they’re comfortable with.

  • Learns from one answer

Tell it once. It remembers for every call after.

What came in, what Anders handled, and the few things that need you. Then just ask. Find a customer, move a job, add a field. It’s done before you put the phone down.

What needs you

Questions callers asked, texts waiting for your OK, people to call back. Each with the button that finishes it.

Ask from anywhere

In the van, between clients, behind the counter. Type or dictate, and Anders works in your real customers, jobs and calendar.

Today’s schedule

One calendar for the whole shop. Anders books into it. You see it at a glance.

Every call, text and form.
One inbox.

Anders handles the back-and-forth and hands it to you the second you want it. See who said what, what Anders used to answer, and take over with one tap.

  • See what it used

Every reply shows its source: your prices, your rules, your calendar.

  • Take over anytime

One tap and it’s your conversation. Anders steps back.

  • Private notes stay private

Ask Anders inside a conversation and the answer goes to your team, not the customer.

It does the busywork.
You make the calls.

Anything that matters waits for your OK. Everything Anders does leaves a receipt. Changed your mind? Undo.

Your OK first

Texts to customers, setup changes and new answers wait for you. Edit them, or send them as they are.

A receipt for everything

See exactly what changed, with a link to it. One tap to undo.

Shows its work

Every answer lists what it used, so you always know why it said what it said.

Honest with your customers.
Honest with you.

Says it’s an AI

Before anything else, callers hear they’re talking to an AI and that the call may be recorded.

Answers. Never dials.

Anders handles calls and texts that come in. It never calls anyone on your behalf.

Waits for your OK

Texts to customers, setup changes and new answers don’t go anywhere without you.

Keeps your number

Where your phone provider allows forwarding, keep the number your customers already know.

When can I use it?

Anders is in development. Join the waitlist for early access on the web, iPhone and Android. Phone and texting activation depend on setup and carrier approvals.

Does it work for my kind of business?

If you have customers, yes. Describe your business and Anders proposes customer details, tables and services to match, whether you run trucks, bays or chairs.

What if it doesn’t know the answer?

It tells the caller the team will confirm, takes their details and asks you. Answer once and it uses that answer from then on. It never makes up prices or availability.

Will it sound like a phone tree?

No. There’s no “press 1.” Anders tells callers it’s an AI, then gets to the point: answers the question, books the visit or takes a message.

What if it gets something wrong?

It only answers from what you’ve approved, and it asks you when it isn’t sure. Changes it makes come with a receipt, and you can undo them.

Can I keep my business number?

Where your provider supports forwarding, you can keep your published number and forward calls to Anders. Phone setup happens on the web.

Does it speak Spanish?

Yes. The app, the receptionist and texts work in English and Spanish.

Does it connect to other business software?

Anders has its own CRM and one shared calendar. Connections to other CRMs, calendars and email aren’t part of the first release.

What will it cost?
